Refunds and Purchase Help
No AVM payments are currently being accepted. The seven-day full-use trial is intended to let you test the actual plugin before buying.
Before you buy
Confirm AVM works with your fonts, design-system library and workflow during the trial. Read the matching limitations and inspect the result on a copy of your design.
Purchase problems
If a payment is duplicated, a key is not delivered, or a technical fault prevents activation, contact flotragency@gmail.com with your Paddle receipt or transaction number. Do not include payment-card details.
Refund requests
Refund requests will be reviewed under the applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer protections. Paddle handles approved payment refunds. An approved refund or chargeback may revoke the associated Pro license.
No invented guarantee
A fixed no-questions-asked refund period is not advertised here. The final purchase terms must be reviewed and published before checkout opens.
